archeological findings in a field

Longtime ago (must be at least one year by now) I made a post regarding some archeological findings of value (was on the news) which had been found in some field and the owner got rich overnight.
Could you enlighten me about where it was or more details? Thank you.

Not because I found a treasure in my garden unfortunately! HYDROGEN86.
It is because I want to make a compairason with Italy, where findings are property of the State, which does not reward you (he may even get you to pay some additional taxes, if anything...).
