Are my Bluemound ill

So I recently bought two Bluemound shrub type plants and decided to put them up against my fence in a well prepared bed within two weeks all the lovely blue buds have fallen of and half the plants have changed colour from green to yellow.

My garden at the moment is like a wind tunnel anything i plant gets effected by the wind I checked the RHS website and found out it could be one of many problems just thought I'd ask the forum what your thoughts are.
