The leaves on the Beech Trees around this area are dying with the drought,we have not had as much rain here as other areas have.

I was talking to someone who'd been on holiday in Ireland last week, and said it was weird - Ireland with no green grass everywhere!

We've had a bit this last week or so, including one heavy down pour, but an amelancier is looking a bit frizzled round the edges and a whitebeam is also showing the effects. My neighbour's glorious copper beech is doing fine though. [IMG]
