beware

    My wife and i went to the Land of leather to buy a 3 piece suite,we saw one we like but we not sure if it would fit into our lounge,that was yesterday,today we went back to buy it only to find that price had gone up by 3oo odd pounds and to cap it all tommorow its in a so called sale,so be warned if you are thinking of going.i always thought items came down in a sale.needless to say ive sent a mail to head office [​IMG] :mad:

    we bought our leather settee and chair, footstool from furniture village we paid quite a lot more and we are pleased with and its not massive like the likes of dfs and places very comfortable lovely soft but duarable leather it came from italy a niccoletti.The nelson suite and it has two recliners on the settee and a recliner chair and you can buy them without reclining.

    Strange, Macleaf - you expect certain things of a sale, don't you - particularly that things will be cheaper in it, not more expensive. Last year we needed to buy lots of furniture for the new house, and went round all te usual range of places, sat in umpty-um chairs, sofas, and eventually got everything from Homebase! A fraction of the price, and perfectly good stuff! :D
