After telling him his drawings were good enough to publish, he's gone & done it



Its great, a real insight into what life was like in a Midlands mining town. I only saw the tail end of it in the 1960's

Its a bit odd, finding that you've got another Brother at my age. He's lovely though

I will be looking it up also. See if Amazon carries it. The picture is charmingly primative.

 

He thought the drawings were not good enough, they are more of an impression of what life was like rather than sitting down & meticulously copying.

I said they were great. He tried to re draw some but found it didn't work, so went ahead
