      Fair enough, just thought that perhaps it was rather "fishy" red meat, similar to tuna (I mean tuna steaks not the 'orrible stuff in cans).

      No, absolutely not. I can remember it in the Mess before it was cooked and it just looked like Steak. There was no salty or fishy taste to it, as I said it tasted just like Beef!!:coffee:
