Buying Paint 2019

We needed a tin of emulsion to paint one small wall. A colour was selected from the Dulux range and testers were ordered. Incredible things these days, they have a little roller built into one end! Came to order, B n Q was £20, but it was difficult to determine if it was in stock. Ordered it on Amazon £18 free delivery.
Something is wrong that a relatively large item can be packed and delivered to your door cheaper than a store. Even the relatively successful stores like Next are going to accept Amazon pick ups soon.
