Calendar for planting help please

Hi. As someone who has only ever grown apples on my trusty treeand some tomato plants I could really use help planning when to plant which veggies. So I was hoping that if I list the things I would like to plant one of you would be kind enough to help me out with planting months/seasons. I would mainly like to grow:-
Carrots
Parsnips
Onions
Potatoes (in tyres you pile higher as they grow my hubby tells me)
Runner beans
Strawberries

but any other things that are easy to grow and quite commonly used so as I don't waste them, which yu could suggest would be great.
