Can I vote?

I didn't get round to entering the november comp I just couldn't find any weather! :( I was wondering if I was still be able to vote?

 

I couldn't 'find' any either - nothing worth recording, anyway! Just rain, rain, rain... rain.......rain..................

 

Its not the rain that you take the picture of its the effects that rain can create, you need to really look at things, and watch what goes on. Sometimes something really ordinary can come out a fantastic picture if you catch it just right. Thats where the digi. camera gives us all a chance to take really good pictures, because you can take as many as you like and it dont cost a penny.It was only the professionals that could do that, when you had to pay for processing.
Have a go this month, as I say it dont cost anything and you might be suprised what you come up with.
