      Another very effective method is to assist a friend with their old Mini Cooper that is running a bit rough; the key is to take the air filter housing off the car to expose the top of the twin choke Webber's nestling underneath, light a cigarette which you then leave dangling out of your mouth and then get your friend to rev the car up whilst you poke your head under the bonnet..................

      The flash happens so quickly, you don't even know what it was for a few seconds, but you have the scent of scorched nostril hairs for at least a week after :biggrin:

                When I was in my early 20s, it used to be cool to modify your cheap lighter to get the flame as large as possible. We all thought it was 'our' craze that we'd invented, then a few years later I remember seeing it in something like Grease or Happy Days or something, which are both set in the 1950s I think.

                Anyway, Jiffy, I haven't seen a genie being done for years:)
