Your welcome. My friend Marcia and I love this event, we have not missed going in 20+ years.
Each year a different location of the county is open, and new historic homes open for tours.
Always good for decorating ideas--inside as well as outside. Shame photos not allowed inside, you would not believe some of them. And the colors used on walls, some with hand painted wallpaper. The wonderful woodwork, kitchens, bathrooms, I could go on. And all the antique furniture also, and antique decorations, ok I did go on.
But if any of you plan to visit my area in October, keep in mind it is always the first Saturday in October, and I would be happy to have you come along in my car as I zip around the county to the various places.
