    Glad to see this enquiry has finally published its results - but furious that we don't get to find out names of the abusers :mad: What's worse, the compensation being paid is coming from the Irish government (ie taxpayers!) and not the Catholic Church, who as we all know, aren't short of a bob or million.

    These so called men and women of god - those who knew what was going on and advocated it and those who committed the abuse need to be found and prosecuted.

    Sorry, but I find the Catholic Church's blatant hypocrisy mind blowing. Rant over!

    By far, the most shameful aspect of this isn't that there were a few rogue elements and the church covered it up, oh no, it was systemic, institutionalised, rape, slavery, battery and degradation. I am particularly concerned that there will be no justice for the victims.
