Christmas tree recycled

    Every year on the 6th January, after I have taken the decorations off of our tree, Hubby cuts the branches up and puts them in the fireplace.

    Kedi-gato i started a little Xmas tree in a pot last year,and its filled out lovely this year i will repot it and see how it goes,don't much like conifers, but i feel this is like my baby
    so hope it transplants successfully

    Good Luck with your baby Christmas tree, Kathy. Perhaps it will be big enough to have a wee decoration or two on it next Christmas. You'll have to send us a picture of it.

    i cheated this year Kedi
    i stood it under a lavatera bush
    and stuck some lights on it,and promised the little thing if it grew up quickly ,then next it may get some baubles on :D :D
