I've just inherited my Grandma's garden. Unfortunately because she'd been ill for some time her garden hasn't been too well cared for in recent times.
I can do pretty much what I like; BUT I have to maintain the daffodils and the roses, especially the roses!

At present I have roses in 3 locations, all sunny (well, as sunny as we're getting this year in good old England).
The soil throughout isn't great, we've got Warwickshire clay so drainage isn't the best and added to that the lack of care over the past few years...

    Front of house first:
All are unknown roses; all have thick, brown, woody stems at the base and lots of small criss-cross stems in the upper growth. These are growing against a south(ish) facing wall. These get all but the first morning and the late evening sun. (Apologies for the poor quality pic of the pink one in the middle)

Any ideas on what any of these are please?

There is a "Rose Bush Scented Abundance Pink" growing against an open wire fence on the west side of the back garden (gets all but the first morning sun). This one looks young and fairly healthy in comparison to some of the others.

The remainder are growing in front of a greenhouse roughly in the middle of the back garden and they get sun (when it's out) all day.
These include 2x "Rose Bush Pure Abundance White", "Rose Bush Antique Abundance Orange", "Rose Bush Nostalgle", "David Austin's Grace Auskeppy (Apricot)" and a tall pink rose that's unknown but very old (it came from my great-grandfather's garden and was long established, so we're talking pre 1980 at least). Any ideas of what it may be please?

All of these roses (front and back of house) have black spot, so I've sprayed with "Multirose" avoiding any blooms. I'm not sure if it'll do any good in the wet weather that we're having. Is there anything else that I can use to try and get rid of the black spot?

I'm thinking that these "unknown" roses are going to need a significant pruning either this autumn or early next spring? Any advice on how much to prune back for a optimum chance of good health next year? Should I prune back to the thick woody stems or is it too late for that and I should just be pruning the green growth?
The known roses are all fairly young and small by comparison so I was thinking that a light pruning around Feb would be best for them?

ETA: I've dead-headed them today before spraying for black spot.

As I say I'm a total newbie to flower gardens and roses and now I'm in the position where I have to make these a priority and do the best I can so all advice is appreciated.
