Good evening Catwomen my apologies i think this question would be more at home in maybe the Container Gardening Forum ,I will ask Admin if they could move it for you,my knowledge of Begonia's etc is to say the least limited ,and I know that their are friends at Gardeners Corner that have much more knowledge of potted plants than I have, but I will provide you with some answer's once it has been moved, thank you:)

Hi catwoman.. Hmm if you are using the spare room it needs to be kept very cool & ventilated & you will need to change the air regulary in there.. It will need to be as bright as possible so stand your pots up at window level in front of the window to get this.. An old table is good for that..
The Begonias could go on the floor obviously once dried..

Fuschias need trimming & this link shows you well..

As for Chrysanthamums I do not grow them so someone else will probably have more idea..
Idid find this though.. ;) Not sure if it will help..
