Cool Wave trailing Pansies.

Just setting out the seeds I have into trays ready for the winter. Just wondering if I should exclude light to aid germination or not ? Some say yes and others no, so just looking for an consensus of opinion on it.

 

Never had much luck growing Pansies from seed Dom - So I am not much help. I have grown Wave Petunias for about 5 years now , they do market some outstanding plants.

I've grown both summer and winter pansies and not excluded light but did keep them out of direct sunlight until they were almost ready to plant out.
