Cricket

I dont normally get into cricket, (the game played with a bat and ball that is) but this ashes series is becoming pretty interesting.
Is it me or has cricket become more interesting recently?

Lets sort out the Aussies, I think thats what makes it more interesting, we spent years never winning anything. :D

 

win or draw at lords and the ashes are ours

 

I am keeping my fingers crossed, won't watch just in case I jinx them. Whenever I watch something when I want one side or person to win, they lose. :D

 

Everyone says that Fran, Its a wonder anybody watches any sporting activity in this country. :D
Or maybe your right, perhaps we should all stop watching

Ah but I did watch the rugby world cup from the start - as a rugby players daughter I could do no less. Jinx went into hiding.

 

And your nerves are still o.k? I went up the garden for the last few minutes and hid :eek:

We did it YES, bit of an anticlimax though.
Still we won and thats what counts
