Cucumbers!

    I'm not really a veg grower but have decided to have a go at cucumbers this year. The seed I have is Suttons F1 Baribal. Has anyone tried this.........your comments would be welcome. :)

    I've not grown that one before, but when you pot this on into its final position, make sure you plant it so the soil level is half inch above normal soil level. Cucumbers are susceptible to stem rot from watering.

    BTW..I was over in Whitehaven yesterday, it was too cloudy to wave to you though. :D

    I've taken the advice on board. And if I'd known you were there I would have waved back, cloudy or not!
