I've just measured Fletch's lead and the ribbon is just over half an inch wide (between half and three quarters) - it is a good, strong lead that is used by a lot of folks who have rescues (especially Rommie rescues as they can be prone to being escape artists especially when they are first rehomed)

It is a superb lead - top tip... DO NOT be tempted to try and grab the tape to stop him if he runs as it will give you rope burns as soon as look at you. Use the trigger on the handle to stop him if needs be. That ribbon is as tough as old boots.

You are more than welcome :) We use use ours with Fletch's harness without any issues - in fact, it is the harness that has let us down a bit by slipping off but the lead has been flawless.

Absolutely - in fact, I would appreciate your opinion on the harness as that is the one we are looking at for Fletch when we can afford it having lost faith in his current harness. He is a gorgeous wee man! Definitely well within the capability of that lead.
