Dolichos lablab: hope triumphs over experience

    I've always wanted to grow this plant, don't know why, just the thought of bright pink runner beany things climbing all over the place, I suppose. Well, just look at the picture. Like, wow.

    I sow some most years but I've rarely got any of the seeds to germinate, let alone raise a successful plant.

    The latest lot are basking in the propagator so I'm hoping for the best (again). Anybody got any experience or advice?

      I think I tried them once, but at the time I was trying all sorts.
      I certainly didn't get anything like in your picture, makes me want to try again.
