When I saw the title of this thread it reminded me of the days when I helped out at the local infants' school. The teacher decided to go through the alphabet and get each child to think of a word which began with the next letter - a for apple, b for baby, c for cat etc. Naturally, the naughtiest boy in the class got the letter 'f'. There was a long pause when it got to his turn. Eventually he said: 'f-f-f-f-un'. Huge relief all round and no need for any difficult interviews with shocked parents.
