Ziggy, the guy up the road has been playing that one since mid November. Torture me no more.

I was watching something about Band Aid a while ago. Francis Rossi (Status Quo) is supposed to have said: 'Why were we singing 'feed the Welsh?'. :)

Hiya Ziggy, pleased you liked my choice and you can come over here and visit any time .. how about the Biker's Convention in Faro every year .... http://www.algarve-portal.com/en/cities/faro/events/bike-convention/ ... we're only 40 minutes from there.

Strange, because I love that song by Greg Lake (and he was a real cutie then) but in the 70s t'other half worked in the music industry in the States and we went to lots and lots of concerts for free and the one we got up and walked out of was Emerson, Lake and Palmer ...

As for my choices, C de B is tops but can't stand to look at Shane because of his teeth .. or lack of them ... and so, so sad about Kirsty ....

Good version Alice, bit concerned about the imagery though, kept expecting Sinead to burst thru & rip up a pic of the pope :D

I had no idea why they only played this around christmas until I saw the video.

[nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShN8UIk5-mw"]YouTube - The Power Of Love - Frankie Goes To Hollywood[/nomedia]

The song has nothing to do with Christmas at all, its a love song.
