Forraging :Uses for stinging nettles?

    I made some liquid fertilizer with nettles & I have to say the smell turned my stomach,(although it doesn't take much to do that lol). I poured it straight onto my veg beds without diluting,(just checked my polytunnel book & it clearly says dilute, oops), no wonder it didn't last long, do you think this will harm my crops?

    There's a Cheese Farm near us that sells Nettle Cheese.
    It's quite nice, but I don't think they need many nettles for the recipe.

    Hungry crops like tomatoes & potatoes will tolerate it neat, but it might be too strong for others.

    No worries, if you get mosquito larvae in the bucket, a few drops of oil will coat the surface & suffocate them, they can't poke their snorks thru it.

    Don't get it on your hands as you'll smell bad forever:heehee:
