funny thing happened

I didn't have a clue where to put this

When I was arriving at the garden Center a lady had bought several pots of polyanthus and placed then on top of the car roof, to my amazement she then got in the car and drove off , I coudnt do much as I was a good 50 feet away and the car was going the opposite direction , two lady's waved at her to try and point out that she had the plants on the car roof with that the lady in the car waved back and carried on driving, as she turned onto the main road all the plants fell off and she was never to be seen again ......

The garden center has put them by the till area , tough things polyanthus .

This is the honest truth, I got into my car which was parked on my drive and drove out of the gates.................with my cat sitting on the roof!!!! VERY luckily my neighbour opposite was in her front garden and stopped me driving down the road!!

 

Funny you should mention gates the couple opposite drove through them before opening them !!! the wife didn't half get a telling of by her hubby (who was driving) now work that one out

 

He would be guilty as charged Spruce as he was in the drivers seat!

 

we all had a good laugh in the close, as they are the only ones to have gates as all the gardens in the front are open plan.

 

Which garden centre? I could do with some free polyanthus (and knew those wigs would come in handy one day).
