We went for a walk in a bluebell wood in Norfolk yesterday. Shame I can't post the scent. There was a bit of a walk before getting to the bluebells, lots of birdsong.

That looks gorgeous @Busy-Lizzie. I do love a bluebell wood.

Looking forward to seeing a quick view of my favourite one next week. Unfortunately there's absolutely no parking as we can only glimpse it briefly from the car. It does mean however that it doesn't get spoilt at all.

Bluebell woods are lovely in the spring, I grew up near one, we used to pick bunches of them - it was in the 50s and you could do that then. It was a bit pointless though because they were dead by the time we got home at the end of the afternoon :frown:

@Busy-Lizzie so agree about the scent of bluebells. When we were nest watching for the RSPB we had to walk through a huge wood with the bluebells out in force and the scent was amazing. Funny how we don't notice the same with the bluebells in our garden and we have clusters of them all over at the moment. Lovely photos.

We went to Felbrigg Hall in Norfolk yesterday with Daughter 2 and family who are staying with us this week. Glorious weather. Bit early for flowers and veg in the garden but lots of tulips and blossom. There is a new woodland area since we last went there.

Had a bit of bother selecting photos on my phone. They are so small.

We are on holiday in Cornwall now and today we visited Saint Michael's Mount. The views were stunning and the garden is very steep, up loads of stone steps.
