They look delicious Mum - I went out with some friends for supper last week and really enjoyed the mincepies, I asked the waitress to give my compliments to the chef - he came out to see me and I asked him his secret. He went back into the kitchen and came out with a box from 'Aldi' which he gave me - so this year I was going to cheat and go to Aldi.
Seeing yours Mum has made me think maybe I should make them afterall.
