I've seen it reported that Aldi have reduced their bags of daffs from £2.49 to 99p!

Does anybody know what weight/how many bulbs in a bag at Aldi?

Voucher for free pack of 6 primroses worth £6 from Homebase in today's Telegraph (£2). Even cheaper if you're a MyWaitrose member and get a free copy with £3's worth of shopping http://www.waitrose.com/home/mywaitrose/newspaper_offer.html. N.B. Valid today only.

Also has a voucher for a £2 roll of Xmas wrapping paper from Tesco, so for spending £3 in Waitrose you get £3's worth of shopping, a £2 newspaper, £6's worth of primroses and a £2 roll of wrapping paper.

They very often repeat these offers on the following Sunday and when they do it's even cheaper as then you only need to spend £2 in Waitrose to achieve a £5 shop and get a free £3 Sunday Telegraph.

If they have a cafe don't forget your free cup 0f tea or coffee http://www.waitrose.com/home/mywaitrose/free_tea_or_coffee.html

Dobbies garden centres http://www.dobbies.com/find-a-garden-centre/ have reduced their range of imitation stone moulded plastic memorials to half price - snap one up before they're gone!

P.S. Mrs Scrungee wouldn't let me buy one despite them being a real bargain.

I think they got the original price (£1.99?) wrong, but it's supposed to be the thought that counts.

How many do you need? (I didn't dare ask Mrs Scrungee if I could buy 2)
