GC problems

50 pages ! My maximum is 5 lines ................

 

Nobody talks to me for 1 page let alone 50 :(

 

Damn, nearly had it then but clicked off it by accident

 

Just thought I'd bump this to see if it rings any bells. I posted it Monday but still have the problem.

 

I'm working on it, just caught the stop script message, but there are loads of long running things in obscure places

 

It sounds like a nightmare in the back room at the moment Zigs, but you're a GC Wizard so I'm sure you'll get to the bottom of it sooner or later.

I can't see some photographs. Anyone else or is it just me? Last time people started reporting problems, the site went down for a while. Just saying.

 

I think someone else said this, if you do a search there looks like a lot of missing threads/post just before 1st jan

You may want to take a look in the music thread "Currently listening to ... "
I think there is an issue there.
When I posted there last week, all the media files "disappeared" (white box, large grey exclamation mark). Then they came back, then they all disappeared again, returned once more and stayed there.
Linked to two media files yesterday and a very similar thing happened. Used the media file link to locate the video again and had problems with that too. But, the significant thing (I think) is: I have my location as UK for Youtube (as I'm sure many who post in that thread do). After yesterdays fiasco, when I went back to Youtube, the "settings" stated it was set at US settings (as is *this* site!) So, maybe a conflict of some sort going on there?

 

I can't see that image on laptop, tablet or phone, and it makes no difference whether I'm logged in or out, so the latter should eliminate any account specific issues.
