My 'notifications' tell me that I have a new 'Incoming Friend Request' and it won't go away. I've looked on the 'how to' but it doesn't seem to deal with my problem. I've opened the 'Contacts and Friends' window which pops up and clicked 'Save Changes', I've filled in the 'Add a Member to your list' which at first told me there was no such person, but now all that happens (whether I click the 'Add Contact' or 'Add Friend') is that a box with a red cross appears then promptly disappears. I don't wish to be rude and 'reject' or 'break friendship' but, this person is already on my 'friends and contacts' list (has been for some time) and I'm on theirs. Me no understand
I've had a look but can't see anything I can do from here. Try deleting your friends list & then send a friends request back to the other member. Only thing I can think of at the moment. Second thoughts, might be better to wait for admin to have a look, they've got better buttons than us mods
Oh, don't worry - with me specs perched on top of my head, I read that as ' ... wait for admin to have a look, they've got better bottoms than us mods' Sadly, in my case, that's probably true!
Well not quite sure what you mean, but I have had a look at the admin CP & I cannot see what is going on Fidget either... I have just sent you a friendship request to try & clear it... So... (I know you might not want me as a friend.. You can delete me afterwards... :D) Go to your user CP.. Click on Contacts & friends.. you will see my request.. Tick the little box & click save the changes & that should do it.. Try it & let me know, if you still have problems give me another shout
