So do we have any other fans of the Radio 4 show?

If so do we have any favourite panelist?

So today a bit of surprise for Beth Coredon and a extended feature on grow lights.

I enjoy listening when I remember but that is not very often.

We used to but became jaded as far too often hearing the same questions being asked. Every now and then there would be some very interesting topics and comments.

If I could select the panellists I would listen more often .

I only listen occasionally, but my sister is a regular listener.
Interestingly I heard it last week and there was a question on growing watercress. The panel only talked about needing running water that still water was unsafe from contamination etc. No-one mentioned that you can grow it perfectly well in a pot.
I tried giving that feedback on the BBC site but it said to wait for a confirmatory email but this never came. So I'm not sure if it got through..

Haven't listened to GQT recently but whilst producing Watercress in running water is the ideal method, it can definitely be grown and provide a decent harvest in a pot - or even in a garden pond. I've done and eaten both and still alive and kicking . Obviously depends on your site/surroundings but rather like being advised to disinfect everything you touch within your house on a daily ( if not hourly ) basis , gardeners are often advised to do the same.
