Can anyone recommend a ground feeder (for seeds, mealworms, etc) which will exclude the larger birds like crows and magpies yet which will still allow blackbirds, robins, finches, wagtails, etc to get to the food?

Most ground feeders seem to be open to all birds, one idea is to have a small open tray and cover it with an upturned hanging basket over and peg it down.
