I always liked having plants, even as a kid I always wanted a garden of my own. Never really learned anything about it though.

Anyway I'm in the UK, my new flat has a balcony and I wanted to get some potted plants. Things I can use and a flower or two. I'm in the south of england, it can get windy. There are services where you buy plants online for them to deliver, which was what I wanted.

So could I for instance get a small orange tree? What flowers can I get that would do good? And what exactly do I need to do to make sure they remain alive and healthy? I assume it's not just watering them haha.

I can get this easily, just want a guide on how to care for them and what suitable plants I could get.
