    Hello and welcome Evans8773 :)
    For me a lawn is an essential feature of the garden. Some good advice already but two things I would add are to raise the height of the mower....most people seem to cut too low....and to mow regularly, at least once a week. This will do a lot to establish and maintain a good looking lawn:)
