    If you're using Windows 10 right click on the picture and select Edit. Top left on your toolbar you will see 'Image' then select 'Resize'. Change the size then 'x' out and save. Be aware though that I don't think you can reverse the image to it's initial size.

    Thanks. Before I saw your reply, I'd managed to upload some pics anyway. The Paint resize worked perfectly
