This is my fave so far!

If you're off down there for a break, leave the luggage at home so that you have space in the car. Prices in person are cheaper than the web site too. I came back with a few, but as an example I got a nice sized Cantua buxifolia for £4.75.

Three others that I came back with...........

It's a solid bloomer Louise, but the plant is tender.
This place would make a nice day out from where you are...........

it's one of my favourite nurseies too, good for unusual plants and only a few minutes off the A38.

Another good one is hardy exotics co uk down in the depths of Cornwall near penzance. I always try and call in there when i'm passing, though I do have to restrain myself a little.

I agree - I think it is an excellent nursery - especially for unusual things.

Longk - please do tell us what the plants are.

      Is the first Lobelia laxiflora?
I can't place the second. It looks like a cross between Agnistus australis and Iochroma cyanea.
And I assume the third is Salvia discolor.

        Peter S - I can't believe that I didn't tag them!!

You are spot on with one and three, and so very close with number two - it is Iochroma grandiflora.
