    A NEW pill can cut epilepsy seizures by a third, its makers claimed yesterday.
    combined with existing treatments (ZEBINEX) reduced seizures by 35% in a trial.
    medics will consider recommending it for (NHS) use in january.
    cardiff uni professor Mike Kerr said "new drugs offer patients hope and choice".
