    Hello

I bought this plant from Asda, because it was a cheap way to buy a nice pot, but I saved the plant and here is a photo.

When I bought the plant it hadn't been watered for ages and was in a poor state, the leaves were almost level with the top of the pot. But with some TLC it has shot up by about 4 inches since the summer.

What is it please and does it flower?

    Thanks

    It's one of the Echeverias.
    I have a similar one.
When mine gets tall and floppy, I cut it back to about 2" and it starts to form a clump.
If you leave the top bit for a couple of days to dry the cut then plant it in very gritty compost it roots easily.
You can soon end up with many

Agree, it's an Echeveria. There are several varieties, and they are xerophytes so don't water it too often. When you do, give it a drenching and then let it dry out completely before the next watering.
It will need to be in a very light / sunny place otherwise it will become lanky and ugly in time.
It will flower but they are not very spectacular, like small stars on a spike.
You can get hooked on succulents, it happened to me !
