    @Gail_68 , I also tried your instructions and it didn't make a blind bit of difference.... So I think I will just call it a day.... Thursday sounds good.... !

      Sorry to hear that following JWK's advice didn't work, presumably you are using the same email address for Gravatar and this website.

      The plugin I referred to is not on your device it is on the forum's server. Following the instructions from JWK show that it is enabled on the forum server and so should have worked. That it didn't work could be due to a number of reasons.

        Sorry Nigel it's just that when I downloaded chrome and signed in to GC it shot up and asked if I wanted to enable plug in...so I thought it was that mate :phew:
