    I agree that it is Spiraea.
    However, it is not Spiraea arguta . Commonly called Spiraea"Bridal Wreath"
    Spiraea arguta. is a more pendulous, arching lax growing form, sort of a weeping Spiraea, with flowers all down the stem.

    I cannot be sure, but it may be Spiraea x vanhouttei.
    Wiseoldowl have a look at the leaves on 2nd link below and compare them to your shrub.

    I would still say Spiraea for sure not sure which one though .
