    I'm getting a bunion!!!!!!!!!!:sad: I do a lot of walking and it hurts, any ideas please!!!

    Ouch,dazs mam had one removed in november,6 week she was off work for and could'nt drive for 5 of them. I would go and get it checked at the doctors if it keeps paining you :sad:

    If you do a lot of walking, maybe swap the stilletos for some DMs.

      Flat laceups only from now on! The only cure is the op with the 6 week recovery time.

        I used to love my high heels; walked for miles and miles, did everything in them. But, there does come a point where they have to be relegated to "special occasions".

        No experience of bunions, Val, but wishing you a speedy recovery.

              I don't wear stilettos now, I used to wear them and I think the damage is already done, my toe is kind of a funny shape!! Definitely no op, not even an option, might try a toe straightener!!

              Val, do get it checked out with your GP. If left untreated, it has the potential to cause further problems with other toes.

              It might work on bunions as well.
              I mean, like as anyone actually tried.

              You would probably need a bit more than just the New Testament though, maybe the full issue.
