Hi good people. I have this inherited plant that was moved and repotted from the front garden to the back there were originally two of them, but only one survived. I repotted it last year and it has grown on so well.

It changes colours throughout the seasons giving berries, flowers and changing the leaf colour from red to green. Do I need to prune or just leave it to grow on.

    Cheers. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1440968525.287955.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1440968543.320633.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1440968552.404365.jpg

Hi Russ it looks like a Pieris. Is the new growth either pink or red ?

Thanks mate. It's red when it changes with white 'blooms'. Small clusters of buds.

Yeah it's definitely a Pieris then and I would say that with that colouration and being large it's probably " Forest Flame ".

Cheers Anthony. Will now know what to google for, as it's so frustrating trying to go through many false links and getting nowhere to know how best to treat it. Unless you have more knowledge on this, kind sir? Thanks again, much appreciated.
