    the pinky one is 1 that Gail dug up from an old property and the 1 coming over fence is something i enjoy from next door :blue thumb:

        I agree Peony and a handsome one at that. The pinky pic doesn't provide much detail but looks like a clematis to me, perhaps Clematis Montana Rubens?

          Re the clematis, can't make out if it's pinky or white? If you could take a close up of one of the pics?

          If it's pink it could be Clematis montana rubens or if it's white montana grandiflora.

            Very pink I think Montana Elizabeth when did you take the photo , as Rubens normaly should be finishing its flowering by now , Foll can we have a close up shot and one of the leaf
