Hi im new to this forum could any one tell me what the plant is in the picture below it started showing itself this late spring and has spread like wildfire throughout the borders in my garden.

Any advice on what it is and how to get rid of it would be very thankful.

Looks like it could be Snowberry. Are there any small pink flowers at the tips?

In case it's Spurge be careful about getting the sap on your skin as some people get a bad reaction/rash from it.

Don't gather heaps of pulled up plants in your arms as you risk getting a rash of red, wet blisters on the inside of your forearms from the sap - spurge has done that to me.
