Identification of plum tree

Hi there. I previously posted a thread on 10th July looking to identify a plum tree and give an idea on when and how I could prune it. I have now attached pictures and would be grateful if someone could oblige and have a look on the Previous thread and let me know what to do.

I know the open is on so am not expecting a response until Monday
