Hi, walnut. It rather looks like a Graptopetalum, related to the Echeveria. Did it have star-shaped or tubular flowers?

I'm sure pete will know what it is. [IMG]

Hi LoL the grapto has the same rosette but the leaves are not bulbous enough its flower hasn't opened fully yet.

Hi walnut, it looks a bit echeveria like to me, or even sempervivium, would perhaps be easier when the flowers open. These rosette type plants are a bit confusing to me, the flower buds look familiar, as does that seed pod in the bottom pic.
I'm sure its a common flower. [IMG]

Thanks LoL and Pete, the seed pod does look a bit like teasel but is about 6cm long and the thorny bits are not long enough,I agree the plant could be a sempervivum see what the flowers like when it opens.

I'm sure the seed pod isn't teasel walnut.
