if you like mushrooms...

Blimey, a good crop in Essex this year then

 

these were actually picked by my sister not far from my parents house (Italy)! It was an unexpected surprise-they were all found in a quite confined space.

My parents (especially my mother) were avid mushroom pickers. I don't mind the odd trip to the forest but generally speaking I am not a fan of spending hours in there to look for possible mushrooms.

 

A lovely "autumn harvest " photo , with the mushrooms ,chesnuts and ferns I can almost taste a big mushroom omlette .
