Lugworms or just worms.

    My husband started a wormery for his fishing a few years back, then neglected it, due to ill health, but the worms didn't mind, now they are everywhere. And I mean everywhere. Good for the garden. Have managed to get hold of some compost, bit of a struggle, need around 350 litres of the stuff, most will take a week or so for delivery, but was emptying out a couple of large garden pots which just had weeds in to make space and found a very impressive lugworm.
    Or so I thought, it was about 6" long and plump.
    However, Dave the Giant Worm beats all records!
    Not allowed to create a link yet, for reasons best known to the arbitrators, but Dave was 40 cms long and weighed 26 gms.
