            This will no doubt start a new craze and people will get injured, a pointless exercise.

              This is true. There is always considerable risk of injury when people get up off the sofa for the first time and actually do something:)

                  Yep, spend most of the time in London trying to avoid people walking into me while on their mobiles. Have started using a clenched fist to navigate more easily.
