    Users Vote Guidelines below:-

    1. Competitors cannot vote for any of their own photographs.

    2. Please vote on a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place basis with 1st place carrying 5 points, 2nd place 3 points and 3rd place 1 point - The photograph with the highest points wins.

    3. Votes should be cast within three days after this thread starting.

All members of the forum get a vote, not just those who've submitted pictures.

The Winner of the competition chooses the theme for the next competition, which I will start when the voting finishes. So put your thinking caps on incase you are the winner ;)

A great mixture of photos.I knew you folk would come up with the goods ;)

1st jjordie. Sophie waiting for her dinner break, and very brave to be up on that!
2nd Dendrobium. Cat waiting for a break in the weather. You wouldn't put your milk bottles out in weather like that..never mind a cat.
3rd Rosietu. Boris really knows how to take a break. I saw the original sized picture and it's a cracker!

So many real crackers to choose from. So to make it easier I've restricted myself to those with a horticultural context which sadly rules out a couple of Petal's otherwise super pics, as well as a few other really first class submissions.

    1st - Dendrobium's "Too Many Flowers"
2nd - Petal's No.1. The chaps sitting on the log.
    3rd - Rossco's "Taking a Break"

    1. Dave W - Man on Chair in Sea - it made me laugh
    2. Frogescue - Basking Seal - brilliant balance and I loved the smile on his face.
    3. Jjordie - Cat on bird table - clever puss - poor birds!

Lots of animals taking breaks this month and all good pictures making if hard to choose.
