Marrow/courgette

    Has anyone seen marrows or courgettes that look like this, apparently the plant grew all its offspring with this sharply defined green to yellow effect.

        Apparently it came up after spreading garden compost from the year before.
        Not sure if something like that was grown the year earlier.

        I grew them ages ago, Mrs Scrungee reckons about 26+ years ago. Probably because they were end of season reduced or at a car boot sale for 10p. Can't remember what they tasted like. I think they weren't as successful as growing a mix of plain green and plain yellow courgettes so never bothered again
